David Kotze, the heart of Dk Construction, was born and raised in the Western Cape area. That deep local connection means he truly understands the Western Cape’s unique environment – from coastal winds and soil types to municipal regs and the little details that make a home feel like it belongs here.
When he’s not on site meeting (and often surpassing) the toughest client expectations, you might find David unwinding with a round of golf or leading the praise and worship team at his local church. It’s that balance of hard work, faith, and community that drives his dedication to every project.
